Services The DeKalb Community Service Board offers a variety of outpatient, day treatment and residential services to fullfill our mission. The DeKalb CSB offers access Monday through Friday through a central access and crisis telephone line, and around the clock services at the DeKalb Regional Crisis Center, a state-certified crisis stabilization unit for adults.
The agency operates four behavioral health centers, an outpatient addiction clinic, and three developmental disability facilities, day programs for children with serious emotional disturbances or substance abuse issues, psychosocial rehabilitative services for adults with mental illness and co-occurring substance abuse issues, a range of residential options for all disabilities, community support teams (CST) and other community support services.
