DeKalb Community Service Board has been selected as a finalist for the prestigious Georgia 2018 Regional Outstanding Behavioral Health Provider Award.

Decatur, GA— DeKalb Community Service Board has been selected as a finalist for the prestigious Georgia 2018 Regional Outstanding Behavioral Health Provider Award to be announced at the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities (DBHDD) Behavioral Health Symposium Awards Ceremony.

The Behavioral Health Symposium Awards Ceremony, hosted by The Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities, showcases the best practices in the delivery of behavioral health services. For this high-profile event DeKalb CSB has been selected as a finalist for a Regional Outstanding Behavioral Health Provider Award.

“The DeKalb CSB’s mission is to provide the highest quality service to the citizens of DeKalb County,” said Joseph Bona, MD, DeKalb CSB Chief Executive Officer. “I am proud that our efforts have been recognized by this nomination,” added Dr. Bona.

Behavioral health providers nominated for this award have a proven track record of providing outstanding behavioral health care to Georgia residents.

The Awards Ceremony culminates a two-day health symposium that will be held on October 4-5, 2018 at the Lake Lanier Legacy Lodge and Conference Center.
