Margaret Renfroe, DeKalb Addiction Clinic CARES and HIV Counselor was awarded by Georgia’s HIV/EIS Program for performing more HIV tests than any other HIV/EIS worker in the state of Georgia. Margaret has tested over 8,700 people for HIV during her career as an HIV Counselor. Early HIV testing and treatment saves lives! We salute you Margaret on this accomplishment.
