Brighter DeKalb Foundation Proudly Serves DeKalb County Citizens
With a population of more than 760,000, thousands of citizens within DeKalb County, Georgia are experiencing undiagnosed and misdiagnosed mental health conditions, struggling with substance use disorders, and lacking necessary developmental disability support.
The Brighter DeKalb Foundation’s mission is to promote, advance, and support the services provided by DeKalb Community Service Board (DeKalb CSB) as the organization provides equitable solutions to an ethnically diverse population here in DeKalb County. Last year alone, DeKalb CSB contributed to the wellness more than 7,100 individuals.

Donate to Our Critical Needs List
Currently, we are fulfilling the needs of clients enrolled in services at our Clifton Springs location that are experiencing homelessness. Providing what seems to be simple items needed for proper hygiene can affect one’s physical health, mental health, employability, and ability to receive adequate housing.
Also, cold weather is approaching quickly. We want to help those that are living in the elements to receive items that will keep them warm during these cold nights in our communities.
Our deadline to gather these items is December 10, 2021. If you have any questions, contact Toni Dixon at tonid@dekcsb.org. Thank you for your desire to help express to someone that they matter and we are with them during their journey.
