DeKalb CSB is a proud sponsor of the “Recovery is Real – Metro Atlanta Connections and Conversations 2015.” The purpose of this event is to build awareness that long-term recovery from mental illness and addiction is a reality and that an informed and accepting community sustains recovery. In addition, attendees will help to identify opportunities for collaboration in order to strengthen and expand existing community resources that support long-term recovery.
The Metro Atlanta symposium will take place on Saturday, April 18, from 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM, at the Georgia Piedmont Technical College Conference Center. This event is free and open to the public.
